Some simple uses of Maruso Soy Sauce
Maruso Soy Sauce can be used direct, without cooking.
1. with white rice
Pour 1T of Maruso Soy Sauce and 1T of warm oil (pork, bacon, peanut, coconut, olive oil)* into a bowl of warm white rice, mix and serve. Depending on taste, you can increase or decrease amount of Maruso or oil.
2. with egg
Drizzle fried, scrambled, or boiled egg(halved) with Maruso Soy Sauce.
3. with vegetables.
Drizzle roasted or steamed vegetables(warm or cold) with Maruso Soy Sauce (or Ghost Soy)
4. with meat or fish
Cut roasted, grilled, or steamed meats or fish (without seasoning) into slices, drizzle with Maruso Soy Sauce (or Ghost Soy)
5. with tofu
Cut fried tofu into 1/2 to 1 inch cubes. Drizzle with Maruso Soy Sauce, sprinkle with minced ginger or garlic. Cold silken tofu is especially delicious drizzled with Maruso Soy Sauce and topped with chopped scallions or shaved bonito flakes.
6. with sushi
(a) As a dipping sauce: Maruso Soy Sauce with or without minced ginger /garlic.
(b) Drizzle with Maruso soy sauce (regular or ghost soy)
7. with ice cream
Use as ice cream topping (like chocolate or caramel topping) for a unique sweet savory tasted experience.
