Beer Wings
Ingredients:
1. 10 chicken wings
2. 1 green onion, cut into 4 cm sections
3. 1 pc ginger(about 1 oz) , remove skin, cut into slices
4. 1 can beer
5. 2 TB Maruso ghost (hot)soy (30 ml)
6. 3 TB Maruso thick black bean soy sauce (45 ml)
7. 1 tb sugar
8. 1/3 cup cooking oil
Process:
1. put wings into boiling water, cook for 3 min. after boiling again, take out wings, let dry.
2. pour cooking oil into fry pan, cook in medium heat till oil begin to smoke, put in wings, stir fry in medium heat till wings change color.
3. pour in beer and soy sauce, put in green onion, ginger, and hot pepper, cover pan and cook for another 10 min.
4. remove cover, add sugar, cook in high heat till dry.
5. remove wings from pan, sprinkle with sesame seeds(optional).
Note:
(1) Depending on your taste, you can add some spices such as black pepper, star anise, etc in step 3.
(2) The hotness can be adjusted by changing the ratio of the two kinds of soy sauce.
