Soy Sauce Biscotti
(1) 2 large eggs
2 C brown sugar
1/2 C vegetable oil
1/4 stick butter (softened)
1/2 C dry cranberry
2 and 1/2 T minced ginger
1 and 1/2T corn syrap
3 T Maruso thick black bean soy sauce (regular)
(2) 3 and 3/4 C flour (some extra for hands)
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1 t cinnamon powder
mix (1) together in a large mixing bowl.
Sift and mix (2) together in another bowl, then pour into mixture of (1)
mix well, pour onto counter top, and divide into 2 loaves
lay on greased cookie sheet, bake at 350F for 30 min. to 35 min.
Remove loaves from oven, cool for about 20 min.
slice into 1/2 inch thick pieces and bake again for about 20 min at 300F.
